The official wedding room block is for Thursday, January 15, 2026 - Tuesday, January 20, 2026 with a 3 night minimum stay. The rates below are the All-Inclusive price for all guests including taxes.

Room rates are valid for all wedding guests to use from Tuesday, January 13, 2026 - Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

If you would like to arrive prior to Thursday, the 15th or stay after Tuesday, the 20th please contact Sun & Ski Travels so they can make the adjustment for you! It’s a simple click of a button for them, so please don’t hesitate to ask!

ADDITIONAL ROOM INFO

Club rooms will differentiate from the king ocean view balcony rooms in the main tower and offer guests more amenities. They are located in a separate tower with the adults only pool and only are floors 4-10. Highest floors possible have been requested for guests.

Please note that double beds in Mexico are NOT the same size as queen beds and sharing two per double bed is NOT recommended for comfort. Club rooms will come with a pull out couch in all king/double rooms.

The Club hot tub rooms are more classified as having a whirlpool jet tub on their balcony rather than a true hot tub that you would typically think of. The views from all rooms are amazing and relaxing! We recommend carefully reading each room category option on our booking link to choose what is right for your perfect vacation!

Please direct any questions regarding room selections, single or quadruple occupancy rates, invited children under 3 rates, or anything else you need to Sun & Ski Travels.

If you plan to arrive before Thursday the 15th or stay after Tuesday the 20th, please make your reservation using the 16th-19th dates. After you have been given a confirmation number, forward that to Sun & Ski Travels with your correct dates, and your reservation will be adjusted. If you do not receive confirmation that the adjustment has been made, please follow-up.

Deposits are not required to hold your room, just a credit card on file to confirm your reservation. Points cannot be used as payment.

We strongly encourage all guests who are able to attend make their reservations at Hyatt Ziva as soon as possible! No need to wait for a formal invitation to book!

PLEASE MAKE RESERVATIONS BY OCTOBER 1, 2025.

Once you have made your reservation, please make sure you have RSVP’d online (again)!

FINAL PAYMENT

The system will require one credit card per reservation then you will receive your confirmation. The full charge will be applied 30 days prior to your arrival. Partial payments cannot be made and points cannot be used. This means the funds will be drafted prior to the holidays, so please keep that date in mind.

Sun & Ski Travels will send payment reminders in the weeks leading up to this day since arrival dates will vary. To be safe, we ask that funds be ready by December 10, 2025. If the funds are not present in the account, your reservation will automatically be cancelled by Hyatt Ziva.

REFUNDS & TRAVEL PROTECTION

All cancellations are subject to penalties based on date of cancellation. Reservations can be modified without penalty up until 30 days prior to travel.

Travel Protection can be purchased separately through Sun & Ski Travels or guests may purchase at their own discretion with their preferred insurance provider. Contact for more details.

AIR

All guests are responsible for booking their own airfare. Please fly into Puerto Vallarta Airport, it is known as Puerto Vallarta Airport or Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).

We strongly advise to book your airfare before booking your room to ensure you get the flights you want. Our wedding is on a holiday weekend and airfare will fluctuate! Booking airfare ASAP is highly recommended.

Southwest flights can be price matched for current or reduced rates and refunded on your SW account up until 24 hours before departure. Ask our planners on how to do that if you’re not familiar!

Passports, airfare and room reservations must all be the same and match your passports exactly to avoid any travel issues.

Please forward all airline passenger booking confirmations to both email addresses listed below to assist in your PVR airport transfers.

TRANSFERS

Guest transfers will be scheduled through the hotel after final payments have been made. All guests will be financially responsible for their round trip airport transfers to Hyatt Ziva with the assistance of Sun & Ski Travels.
